A leadership training solution that will delight your team.
Under the skilful guidance of senior consultant Simon Walshaw, The Leadership Pathways Program grows leaders who serve wholeheartedly, care deeply for their teams, and carefully lead the way in difficult conversations.
Across four key training components, The Leadership Pathways Program illuminates the plethora of possibility businesses uncover when the focus is on their people.
The Leadership Pathway Program comprehensively covers the following:
GROWING A HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE
How do your vision, mission and values impact the whole organisation? What is servant leadership? How do we take these concepts and put them into practice in the everyday?
In component one, Simon delves into the foundations of leadership, with help from skilled performance coach Hayden Knowles (Strength & Conditioning Trainer for the NRL and NSW Blues). By training our eyes on workplace culture, we can measure and change culture and performance, and cultivate spaces where wins are celebrated.
